FAQs

Find Your Answers

  • Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're located in Jackson, Wyoming, I offer a local drop-off option to save on shipping. Just select the local delivery option at checkout, and I’ll reach out to coordinate delivery. For all other locations, I provide standard shipping options.
  • How long does shipping take?
All orders placed before 1 PM MST will be shipped out the same day. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. There are also options at check out for express and overnight shipping for an additional fee. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that the jackets are being shipped from a remote mountain town and may be occasionally delayed due to weather (especially in the winter!) Shipping costs vary and range between $10-40.
  • What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of our upcycled quilted jackets, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted—no exceptions. We encourage you to carefully review all images and product details before making a purchase. Each listing includes detailed product measurements, so please compare them to a similar item you already own and love the fit of. If you have any questions or need additional information, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. For our local customers, we also accept cash payments. If you're local, you're welcome to pay with cash or check when picking up your jacket, just shoot us a note via email or Instagram!
  • How should I care for my quilted jacket?
While all of our jackets can be washed like any other piece of clothing, we recommend washing in cold water and either drying on low heat or hanging to dry if you want your garment to last as long as possible. This helps preserve the integrity of the vintage quilt fabric, ensuring your jacket stays beautiful for years to come.
  • Can I commission a custom jacket or vest from my own quilt?
Absolutely! If you have a quilt with sentimental value, I can transform it into a unique jacket or vest just for you. A queen-sized quilt can typically yield two jackets, or one jacket and two vests. Commission work is available based on my current schedule, so feel free to reach out if you're interested. We can discuss design details and timing to create a one-of-a-kind piece that preserves your quilt’s history. Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
