Rodski offers custom-made jackets, vests, and other garments crafted from upcycled quilts. Each piece is unique, and by purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Services

Our products are made from upcycled materials, meaning slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural and expected. We strive to ensure that each item is high quality and made with care.

Custom Commissions: Customers may provide their own quilt to be transformed into a garment. Please note that once work has begun on a commissioned piece, no changes can be made to the design or size.
Sizing: Due to the unique nature of each garment, we recommend that customers carefully review sizing details before making a purchase. Custom orders cannot be refunded due to sizing errors on the customer’s part.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and for local customers, cash. Payment must be made in full at the time of order for ready-made items. For custom commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of items and the destination of the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Processing Time: Ready-made items will be shipped within 5 business days. For custom orders, estimated production times will be provided upon ordering.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Rodski Co. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected on this site is used solely to process orders and provide a better shopping experience. We do not share or sell your information with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
